The Conewango
Valley Kennel Club shows were a bright and busy addition to Father's
Day weekend of 2008. Friday June 13th and Saturday 14th saw many
lovely dogs and their handlers competing each day for Best of Breed,
Best in Group,
Best in Show,
Best Bred By Exhibitor in Show, High in Trial and Junior Handler.
One of the special additions to this show was the
Bred By Exhibitor Group which created an excellent showcase
for breeders to strut out their favorite dogs
for a special prize of $1000!
Lots of food and dog supply vendors provided entertainmetn in between
watching dogs in the ring.
We even had a visit from Channel 7s Wise Guy
who highlighted the show on his 6pm telecast.
Beautiful dogs and hardworking club members made it
a weekend to remember!
